These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mail2Sheets (“Service”), which is owned and operated by Manta Ray Creative Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Mail2Sheets reads Gmail messages you authorize, extracts contact information, and appends it to a Google Sheet you select. We do not modify, delete, or send emails, and we do not access other Drive files beyond the authorized Sheet.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and OAuth credentials.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and maintain your credentials securely.
• Use the Service lawfully; do not send spam or scrape unrelated data.
• Do not exceed API limits or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service or Google APIs.

4. Google permissions and API limitations

The Service uses Google OAuth scopes openid, email, profile, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account settings. The Service depends on Google APIs; changes or outages in those APIs may impact the Service.

5. Data handling

We temporarily process email content to extract contacts, write results to your selected Sheet, and then discard raw email content. We retain account, billing, and log data needed to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI output and accuracy

AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any purpose and are not liable for inaccuracies in extracted contact information.

7. Credits and billing

Paid features consume credits. Prices and minimum purchase amounts are shown in the product. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability and third-party dependencies

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and rate limits can cause delays or interruptions.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Accessing data without authorization.
• Interfering with or overloading the Service or Google APIs.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security.
• Uploading malicious code or violating any applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may terminate by revoking Google OAuth access and ceasing use of the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail2Sheets and Manta Ray Creative Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, revoked Google access, service downtime, or third-party outages.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
