Export Google Workspace Contacts to Google Sheets

Workspace admins need a repeatable way to move team inbox contacts into shared Sheets. Here’s how to do it with Mail2Sheets.

1. Grant the Workspace account access to Mail2Sheets (use the admin OAuth consent screen).
2. Select the date range you want to sync—everything stays in transient memory.
3. Mail2Sheets pushes the contacts into a shared Sheet, ready for your RevOps or partnerships team.

Tip: lock the Sheet tab with “View only” so reps can’t accidentally delete data. Start your Workspace export.
